We are a company owned and operated by women serving women.  In the past several years we have recognized a need in the market to help women over forty years old have the ability to find jobs, or start a new business in the new marketplace of Millennials and Gen Z.

Almost anyone past the age of forty has encountered age discrimination in their current job, looking for a new job, or trying to start their own business.  Unfortunately, studies show that men tend to fair better than women well into their 50s and 60s.

Our goals are to create a network for women over forty years old to share their support, job opportunities and stories.  We have also learned that women over forty years old would rather learn how to start a new business, or find a new job, then hire someone to do it for them.

An ancient Chinese proverb says, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." 

We want to teach women to fish and guide them on their journey to success! 

The 4 C's


Collaboration:  The days of competing against other women are over.  Women of all ages are uniting to assure that we are all paid for what we are worth. We also want to be treated fairly in the workplace.  It is of no coincidence that the fastest growing networking groups are exclusively women.  Although we are focused on serving the community of women over forty years old who are exploring a new stage in their careers, we strongly believe in collaborating with women from every generation.  


Communication:  Once you have past the dreaded “big 4-0” birthday, you have spent most of your adult life figuring out what works, and what doesn’t, when it comes to communication.  We are a little “old school” at Warm Marketing.  We prefer a phone call over an email or text message.  We have also learned not to discount the value of social media in promoting our clients.  From optimizing our clients’ LinkedIn pages to creating the perfect website with collaborating social media campaigns, we believe there is a balance in building communications in both mediums.


Community:  Warm Marketing was built from a foundation in community service.  Julia and Susan served on boards, and coordinated events, for the Jaycees for over 25 years.  Our CFO, Sally Andreatta has dedicated her career to serving the non-profit community. She is currently getting her master’s degree in non-profit administration.  We believe that we live in a global community, but there is an un-deniable power in volunteering your support to the members of your friends, family and neighbors.


Compassion:  Each of us are passionate about different causes.  As a company we are focused on providing services and giving back to the following causes:  animal rescue, mental health awareness, and at-risk children.  As women who have focused our careers on “the bottom line,” our greatest accomplishment is the ability to give back to the causes we believe in.
